What we receive

When you start a project, the site may collect your name, email, phone number, company, production details, notes, artwork, and reference files.

Why we use it

Lucid Print Co. uses this information to review feasibility, prepare a quote, communicate about the request, and produce approved work.

How files are handled

Quote details are stored in our private Supabase database, and submitted artwork is stored in private Vercel storage. We use Resend to email project details to the Lucid team. These providers process the data to operate this website and its submission system.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as page views, popular pages, referral sources, general location, device type, and browser. The service does not use cookies or collect information intended to identify you personally.

Your choices

Do not upload confidential material that is not needed for the quote. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submission, email Web@lucidprintco.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for an active order or legal obligation.

Artwork rights

Only submit files you own or are authorized to reproduce. Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership to Lucid Print Co.
