What we receive

When you start a project, the site may collect your name, email, phone number, company, production details, notes, artwork, and reference files.

Why we use it

Lucid Print Co. uses this information to review feasibility, prepare a quote, communicate about the request, and produce approved work.

How files are handled

We use Resend to email project details directly to the Lucid team. Submitted artwork stays in private Vercel storage, with download links in the email that expire 30 days after upload. Anyone with a download link can access that file until the link expires. New requests are not saved to a separate quote database; earlier requests may remain in our private database. These providers process the data to operate this website and its submission system.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as page views, popular pages, referral sources, general location, device type, and browser. The service does not use cookies or collect information intended to identify you personally.

Your choices

Do not upload confidential material that is not needed for the quote. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submission, email Web@lucidprintco.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for an active order or legal obligation.

Artwork rights

Only submit files you own or are authorized to reproduce. Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership to Lucid Print Co.
